Kitchen Ventilation Installation Drawings
$250/hr. for time and travel expenses
Full size installation drawings designed using AutoCAD 2022. Drawings can be based on photos and dictated information or a site visit, if necessary. For jobs based in South Florida, a base rate for a single story, single hood system is typically $2,500 to $3,000. For a multi-story building and multiple hood systems the drawing fee would be around $5,000. AFC has over 35 years of experience in kitchen ventilation design on AutoCAD with installations throughout America and internationally.

AFC has built its expertise in kitchen ventilation over the last 4 decades. Our staff includes a licensed PE, licensed Mechanical Contractor, licensed Sheet Metal Contractor and licensed Test and Balance contractor. We are able to visit sites where ventilation problems exist that are beyond the capabilities of standard hood and HVAC mechanics and correctly diagnose the problem and design an economical solution that meets the customer’s desired outcome. We provide our customers with a range of options and estimated costs in terms they can fully understand so they can decide what solution best satisfies their needs.
Jobsite Evaluation

If you are considering buying an existing restaurant or leasing a space where you want to put a restaurant, we can visit the site and tell you whether the equipment there will work for your application or design the most cost-effective modifications to make it work. We can work as an adviser with a full understanding of the code, giving unbiased analysis of the ventilation system and how it will perform.
