I recall years ago the pleasure of writing a letter of recommendation for Rodney when he became a licensed Florida P.E.  I have known him to not just be code-compliant and design-knowledgeable, but also to have physical on-site field installation and field supervision experience in providing design while preparing permit drawings, validating submittals and verifying installation to be consistent with project specifications and project permit.
